Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are included for all the pieces for sale and displayed in the Website in the following collections:

- Art Collection

- Decorative Boxes (Glass Accents)

- Decorative Vases (Glass Accents)

- Decorative Plates (Glass Accents)

Shipping costs for the Scultpure Series are NOT included. Delivery costs for these pieces depend on weight and dimensions and by country of destination.

We will inform you of the shipping costs for your shipment in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm the order.

This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including or excluding taxes, of the products ordered.

You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should write us the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged package, damaged product) via email, and if possible send pictures attached of the discrepancy. If you do not provide documentary evidence of the discrepancy Venezia Design Studio will not take into consideration any refund.

Return and Refunds

Every single Venezia Design Studio product is made to order and is ONE PIECE ONLY for the following collections: Art Collection, . All sale are final. Orders may not be returned for refund nor exchanged for credit.

Returns are accepted ONLY for product that is defective, shipped incorrectly, or not constructed to customer specifications within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.

Any of the above MUST be provided via email with pictures demonstrating the defection or damage to our Customer Service.

Any return received without a Return Authorization from Venezia Design Studio will be returned to the customers at their cost.

You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. Venezia Design Studio reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

All pieces by Venezia Design Studio are completely hand made and are excluded from application of the "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale (CISG)".

Venezia Design Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value and use a traceable carrier (like DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
