Terms and Conditions of Sale
The purchase of products offered for sale on veneziadesignstudio.com website ("Website") is subject to these legally binding Terms and Conditions of Sale (collectively, "Terms and Conditions of Sale".
Your purchase and order of products on this Website constitutes your agreement with Marzia Vianello ("Venezia Design Studio") to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All orders may only be placed on the Website by customers purchasing products not intended for resale. Any resale of Venezia Design Studio products purchased on the Website is strictly prohibited. Therefore, you declare and guarentee that you act as a final consumer and that you do not intend to resell Venezia Design Studio products for commercial use.
Venezia Design Studio may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice by posting them on this Website. You can view the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labeled "Terms and Conditions of Sale".
For each order you place on the Website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force as of the date of your order is required. The Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
Placing an order
You may place your order via the Website.
For each product selected on the Website, a summary page will display featuring a photograph of the item and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order.
You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.
Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to Venezia Design Studio for processing (see "Order Confirmation"). While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of Venezia Design Studio products in the photographs displayed on the Website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer or mobile device.
Accordingly, Venezia Design Studio shall NOT be liable for any error or inaccurancy in the photographs displayes on the Website. If you have any question about the products, you may contact our Customer Service from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please note that each and every product is made to order and it is not returnable. Each and every Venezia Design Studio pieces are hand made in ONE PIECE ONLY (with the exception of Fine Art Photography edited in 10 pieces only) so dimensions may slightly vary.
Venezia Design Studio reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whim it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Venezia Design Studio has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is angaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate business reason.

Products availability
Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are made to order.
Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website under the following collections are ONE PIECE ONLY:
- Art Collection
- Sculpture Series
- Decorative Boxes
- Decorative Vases
- Decorative Plates
Fine Art Photography offered for sale and displayed on the Website in the Fine Art Photography Collection are made to order and edited in 10 (ten) PIECES ONLY.
Venezia Design Studio will provide within 48 hours from the order, its time delivery.
Venezia Deisgn Studio reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted.
Order confirmation
After you click on the "Confirm and Pay" button, your order will be confirmed and submitted for processing. Once submitted for processing you may not make any changes to or cancel the order, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions of Sale or applicabel law. The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You will receive an order summary by e-mail together with terms of delivery.
Price Payment
All prices of Venezia Design Studio products are indicated in Euro, including taxes. Shipping costs are included for oall the products under the following collections:
- Art Collection
- Decorative Boxes
- Decorative Vases
- Decorative Plates
Shipping costs for the Sculpture Series are NOT included and will be added at check out.
Venezia Design Studio reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice.
Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. Credit and debit cards are the only methods accepted for payment on the Website Store.
Your order will be shipped only once we have verified your payment method and the payment has been processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure.
Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered to physical street addresses.
Orders will be shipped either via DHL or UPS depending on the geographical area of the delivery. You will be informed of the courier delivering your order - together with shipment tracking number - via email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are included for all the pieces for sale and displayed in the Website in the following collections:
- Art Collection
- Decorative Boxes
- Decorative Vases
- Decorative Plates
Shipping costs for the Scultpure Series are NOT included. Delivery costs for these pieces depend on weight and dimensions and by country of destination.
We will inform you of the shipping costs for your shipment in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm the order.
This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including or excluding taxes, of the products ordered.
Either for DHL and UPS phone number and email address are mandatory together with physical address.
Delivery Time
When you place your order we will inform you within 48 hours via email of the estimated time of delivery for the products purchased.
Problems of delivery
You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should write us the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged package, damaged product) via email, and if possible send pictures attached of the discrepancy. If you do not provide documentary evidence of the discrepancy Venezia Design Studio will not take into consideration any refund.
Returns and Refunds
Every single Venezia Design Studio product is made to order. All sale are final. Orders may not be returned for refund nor exchanged for credit.
Returns are accepted ONLY for product that is defective, shipped incorrectly, or not constructed to customer specifications within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.
Any of the above MUST be provided via email with pictures demonstrating the defection or damage to our Customer Service.
Any return received without a Return Authorization from Venezia Design Studio will be returned to the customers at their cost.
Venezia Design Studio reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
All pieces by Venezia Design Studio are completely hand made and made to order and by international law they are not returnable nor refundable.
Venezia Design Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value and use a traceable carrier (Like DHL, Ups, or FedEx).
Compliance
Every single Venezia Design Studio product is hand made and hand crafted. Being all products a one-piece-only the product seen by the Customer in the Website will be the exactly the same that the Customer will receive. Colors may differ due to color reproduction on your computer or mobile device. As a consequence, Venezia Design Studio cannot be held liable for any normal differences in the photographs or graphical representations of the products displayed in the Website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are explicitly excluded from application of the "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale (CISG)".
